OptimaSpecialWorks
Dedicated delivery of small works, alterations and reconfiguration projects
Optima Special Works delivers small to medium-scale partitioning projects across the south and midlands, from new installations to alterations, maintenance and reconfiguration. With support spanning estimating, design and installation, the team can respond to changing workplace requirements, retain suitable existing components and coordinate new work around the needs of each project.
Dedicated support, backed by wider expertise
Each project is led by a dedicated account manager, giving clients a consistent point of contact from the first enquiry through to completion. This helps keep communication clear, decisions coordinated and the delivery of smaller or more detailed packages closely managed.
Behind that personal service sits the wider knowledge of Optima’s design, technical, estimating, manufacturing and installation teams. Special Works combines the responsiveness of a focused division with access to the experience, systems knowledge and delivery capability of an established global partitioning business.

- Meeting rooms, offices and internal enclosures
- Bespoke details, finishes and ironmongery coordination

Reconfiguration and churn works
Special Works helps clients adapt existing workplaces as layouts, teams and operational needs change, from reconfiguring glazed partitions and relocating doors to introducing new elements where required.
Projects can be phased or delivered out of hours to suit occupied environments, with a dedicated account manager coordinating design, technical and installation support while identifying reusable components and managing interfaces.
Typical services include:
- Space reconfiguration and layout changes
- Partition and door relocation
- Alterations and upgrades to existing installations
- Phased works within occupied workplaces
