Optima Major Works brings together established expertise, technical capability and decades of project delivery experience. The team is structured to manage substantial glazed partitioning packages from design and coordination through to manufacture and installation, with the resources needed to support demanding programs and complex project requirements.
Complex projects, coordinated from start to finish
Major Works delivers large-scale and technically demanding partitioning projects through dedicated teams spanning estimating, design, technical coordination, project management, manufacturing and installation. This integrated approach supports clear decision-making, detailed coordination and consistent delivery across complex programs.
Each project is managed with the depth of resource and systems knowledge required for major fit-out and refurbishment schemes, while maintaining a clear line of responsibility throughout. The scale and experience of Optima’s wider business is brought together through a project team focused on the specific requirements, interfaces and program of each scheme.
Major project delivery
Major Works supports large-scale and complex fit-out projects from pre-construction and tender through to installation and completion.
Dedicated project managers coordinate Optima’s in-house estimating, BIM, design, technical, manufacturing and installation teams. Bespoke solutions can also be developed where standard configurations do not meet the project brief.
