Optima 117 Plus creates clear room divisions while allowing light and views to continue through the workspace. Paired with Edge Affinity doors, the system gives meeting rooms and private settings a polished architectural edge, balancing openness with the acoustic privacy expected in a premium serviced office.

One Za’abeel brings strong environmental and digital credentials to the project, including LEED Gold certification and WiredScore Platinum connectivity. The development also holds ISO certifications across quality, environmental and facility management systems, reinforcing the building’s position as a high-performing commercial address.
