The office uses a strong yellow, white and charcoal palette, giving the workplace a more graphic character than a conventional banking interior. Against this backdrop, Optima 117 Plus Shoreditch Edition and Revolution 54 Plus single-glazed Shoreditch Edition introduce black applied framework across selected glazed elevations.

The Shoreditch detailing gives these areas a stronger architectural rhythm, helping the enclosed spaces feel deliberate and integrated with the wider design. Light and views are retained through the office, while the dark lines add definition and contrast against the brighter interior.

The project uses more than one Optima system, allowing the glazing package to respond to the character and function of different rooms rather than applying the same solution throughout. The Shoreditch Edition systems provide a more visually expressive treatment where stronger definition was required.

Revolution 100 was used in a double-glazed configuration where a cleaner, more restrained expression was needed. This contrast between the black-framed Shoreditch systems and the simpler double-glazed elevations gives the office variety without losing overall coherence.

Axile Clarity doors were specified alongside the partition systems to complete selected room entrances with a clean, minimal appearance. The frameless glass leaf and slim aluminum frame allow the doors to sit comfortably within both the Shoreditch-style elevations and the more restrained double-glazed areas.

This helps the different systems work together as one coherent package. Across the office, the combination of black-framed detailing, clear glazing and bold color gives Aldermore Bank’s Manchester workplace a confident visual identity while keeping the interior open, bright and clearly defined.
