Teresa Gorham
Divisional Group HSQES Director, Central Services
Teresa is Divisional Director of HSQE for Optima, overseeing health, safety, quality and environmental management across the Group. Her role includes responsibility for Optima’s ISO certifications, accreditations and wider compliance requirements, helping maintain consistent standards across the business.
She joined Optima in 2024 following more than 17 years with TMJ Interiors, where she held senior health, safety and QuESH roles. Her experience includes managing health and safety across projects of varying scale, overseeing quality and environmental systems, supporting training, and maintaining recognized industry accreditations.
During her previous role, Teresa was involved in achieving and maintaining OHSAS 18001 and supporting FORS Gold accreditation. She now brings that experience to Optima’s Group-wide HSQE strategy and the ongoing development of its management systems.
