John Shearer
Divisional Commercial Director, Optima North
John joined Optima at the start of 2015 and brings extensive commercial experience to the regional team. In his role, he supports the commercial direction of Optima North, working across project costs, contracts and commercial requirements to help ensure regional work is managed clearly and effectively.
As part of the senior Optima North team, John works closely with colleagues across the business to support commercially considered project delivery.
